Viewing subscription details

You can view details about your subscriptions and their add-ons.
  1. Click SUBSCRIPTIONS in the left pane.
    The Subscriptions view contains a list of your subscriptions, along with their current status and expiration dates. A subscription status can be:
    The subscription is current and available for use.
    The subscription's start date has not yet arrived.
    The subscription has been de-activated due to an event such as violation of terms and conditions or lack of payment. It can be restored when the problem is resolved.
    The subscription's term has elapsed.
  2. Click the arrow to the left of a subscription to expand its details.
    The details include information about the subscription itself and about any add-ons that you have purchased.
To renew a subscription or purchase more add-ons, contact your Ricoh representative.
