Uninstalling RICOH Cloud Connector through Command Prompt

This section describes how to uninstall RICOH Cloud Connector.
To uninstall RICOH Cloud Connector:
  1. Open a Command Prompt window and run one of these commands:
    • If product parameter was not used during the initial installation or subsequent updates, use this command:
      rccInstallerFileName --uninstall
    • If one or more productName values were specified during the initial installation or subsequent updates, for each specified product run this command:
      rccInstallerFileName --unistall --product productName
      Important: Before running the last command, make sure that rccInstallPath is not being used by any other program on your system.
