Changing the User Settings

Use this section to change the settings of your user account.
    Note:
  • The Username field is always disabled on the User Settings page. You cannot change your own username. For details about editing a user, see Users.
  • The Display Name and Email Address fields are optional.
To change the user settings:
  1. On the navigation bar of the web application, select the AccountAccount button.
  2. Select User Settings.
    The User Settings page is displayed.
  3. In the Display Name field, enter the name that you want to see displayed when you hover over the AccountAccount button on the navigation bar. If you leave this field empty, the username is displayed instead. The display name must be no more than 100 characters in length. The data type you can enter in this field is string.
  4. In the Email Address field, enter the email address that you want to link with your account. The email address must be unique in the list of users, and must be no more than 100 characters in length. Use the email address to contact the user if needed.
  5. Select the SaveSave button.
Your updates to the user settings have been saved. The updates take effect the next time you sign in.
