Identifying the PDF file of a Color Adjustment Chart
Use this section to identify the PDF file of the color chart for creating an ICC profile.
Then print the PDF file of the color adjustment chart that you want to use.
By default, there are 100 unique color adjustment charts in PDF format provided during the installation process. You can find extra color adjustment charts on the USB device provided with the spectrophotometer.
To identify the PDF file of a color adjustment chart:
- On the Configuration page, select Manage Color Charts.The Color Charts page is displayed.
- On the Color Charts page, identify your color chart based on the selected printer and paper.
- Identify the Profiling Chart ID assigned to your color chart.
- On your local drive, go to
C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster\ReferenceChart\profile_A3
- Identify the PDF file of your color chart based on its Profiling Chart ID displayed on the Color Charts page. For example, if the Profiling Chart ID displayed on the Color Charts page is 1, then the PDF file name of the color adjustment chart you have to print is 1_Profile.pdf.
- If you need more than the 100 color charts provided during the installation, you can
find them on the USB flash device.
- Connect the USB flash memory provided with the spectrophotometer to the server computer.
- Open the
qca
folder. - From the
chartPDF_Profile.zip
file, extract the additional PDF files that you need.
