Applying Filters to a List of Objects

Whenever you see the Filter... field for a list of objects in a section of the Configuration page, you can filter the object list displayed on that page.
To apply filters to a list of objects:
  1. On the Configuration page, go to the appropriate section.
    For example, to filter the list of locations, select Manage Locations.
  2. In the Filter... field, type keywords, phrases, or groups of characters used in the objects from that list.
      Note:
    • The filter field is not case-sensitive.
Only the objects that include the keywords, phrases, or groups of characters that you typed are displayed in the filtered list.
    Note:
  • If you apply a filter, the application maintains that filter even if you select the RefreshRefresh button button in one of the sections of the Configuration page.
  • If you leave the page and then return or if you refresh the web page from the browser, the filters are no longer maintained.
  • If you select some objects in a list and then apply a filter, the objects remain selected regardless of whether they are displayed in the filtered list or not. In such case, if you want to delete the selected filtered objects, all the selected objects are marked for deletion, not just the objects from the filtered list.
