Viewing the Color Deviation Map

Select the Show ΔE Map button to view the color deviation on the color deviation map.
To view the color deviation map:
  1. In the Color Sample Matching dialog, select Show ΔE Map.
    The color deviation map is displayed, and the button label changes to Hide ΔE Map.
  2. In the Printed Reference Sample and Color Matching sections, view the deviation of colors.Checking the deviation of colors
      Note:
    • The color deviation is calculated by subtracting the value of paper color and truncating the decimals.
    • The white areas in the map indicate a larger deviation.
  3. To hide the color deviation map, select Hide ΔE Map.
