Text

Text is composed of a combination of text you enter from the keyboard, index tags defined in each page group, and page number or page count property values.

You can create text on a specified page of each page group in an AFP file. For example, you can add page numbers, such as "Page 1", to the first page of each page group. Or you can add text so that the information in a barcode is also printed as readable text.

You can select the text color, font type, and for outline fonts, the size. You can also specify the location and size of the text area on the page.

Note: You cannot use AFP Indexer to create index tags or triggers from text you have created with AFP Enhancer or AFP Editor.
