Creating Advanced Imposition Templates

To increase efficiency, you can register frequently used advanced imposition settings as a template.
To create an advanced imposition template:
  1. On the Advanced Imposition screen, configure all the settings that you want to include in the advanced imposition template.
    For more information, see Specifying Advanced Imposition Settings.
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click the templates menu and select Save as template.

    Note: You can also click Save as template button, the Save as template button, to create an advanced imposition template.
  3. In the Save Advanced Imposition Template dialog box, specify a name and description for the advanced imposition template, and then click OK.
    For details about a specific setting, click the Help button to display the on-screen field help.
The configured advanced imposition template is added to the list of templates available on the Advanced Imposition screen. For more information, see Specifying Advanced Imposition Settings.

You can also include the advanced imposition template in a job preset and apply it to open jobs or use it with hot folders for automated processing.
