Cannot Find or Display Job
If you cannot find or display a job in the TotalFlow Production Manager user interface, old information in the browser cache or cookies might be the problem.
To clear the browser cache and delete cookies:
- Log out of TotalFlow Production Manager.
- In Internet Explorer, do these steps:
- Click
, the tools icon, then click Internet options.
- Click the General tab, then click Delete....
- Select Temporary Internet files and Cookies, then click Delete.
- Click
- In Mozilla Firefox, do these steps:
- Click History, then click Clear Recent History.
- In Time range to clear, select Everything.
- Select Cookies and Cache, then click Clear Now.
- In Google Chrome, do these steps:
- Click
, the configuration icon, then click Tools, then click Clear browsing data....
- Select Cached images and files and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data, then click Clear browsing data.
- Click
- Restart the browser.
