Cannot Find or Display Job

If you cannot find or display a job in the TotalFlow Production Manager user interface, old information in the browser cache or cookies might be the problem.

To clear the browser cache and delete cookies:

  1. Log out of TotalFlow Production Manager.
  2. In Internet Explorer, do these steps:
    1. Click Tools icon, the tools icon, then click Internet options.
    2. Click the General tab, then click Delete....
    3. Select Temporary Internet files and Cookies, then click Delete.
  3. In Mozilla Firefox, do these steps:
    1. Click History, then click Clear Recent History.
    2. In Time range to clear, select Everything.
    3. Select Cookies and Cache, then click Clear Now.
  4. In Google Chrome, do these steps:
    1. Click Wrench icon, the configuration icon, then click Tools, then click Clear browsing data....
    2. Select Cached images and files and Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data, then click Clear browsing data.
  5. Restart the browser.
