Setting Up the Required Applications

The RICOH Auto Color Adjuster requires these applications:

  • Fiery Command WorkStation
  • ColorGATE Productionserver
  • GPL Ghostscript

In this section:

  1. Installing the Fiery Command WorkStation
    Install the Fiery Command WorkStation to the computer so that it can link with the Fiery controller (color controller).
  2. Setting Up the ColorGATE Productionserver
    To set up the ColorGATE Productionserver, access the ColorGATE support website. Prepare the information about the user and the license number beforehand.
  3. Installing the GPL Ghostscript
    Application required to convert document data (PDF) into image data (TIFF) using Color Sample Matching of the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster. The user does not need to operate it.
