Changing Order Status

As the jobs in an order move through their process, the status of the order updates automatically. You can also manually change the order status.
To manually change the status of an order:
  1. On the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page, switch to Orders table view.
  2. Right click the order name or the area of multiple selected orders.
  3. Click Change state to and choose between these options
    • Select one of the default order states
    • Customize the displayed order status
    The new status of the order is displayed in the Status column of the Orders table.
