Installing the Pull Print Feature Locally on a Windows System Using the Installer

To install the InfoPrint Manager Pull Print Feature on your InfoPrint Manager for Windows system:

  1. Log in as Administrator.
    Note: You must have Administrator Privileges to install or uninstall the Pull Print Feature.
  2. Insert the InfoPrint Manager DVD into your DVD-ROM drive and start the installation.
  3. Click Next in the Welcome screen.
  4. Select Standard, and click Next.
  5. Depending on your needs, select the type of installation that best suits you. If you select I want to try this product., you have the possibility to use InfoPrint Manager in trial mode for the next 60 days.
  6. Create a program folder or select an existing one, and click Next.
  7. Select the PullPrint Feature label, and click Next.
  8. Enter the host name or IP address and port of the primary InfoPrint Manager server to be used by the Pull Print Feature. Click Next to proceed.
      Note:
    • You can use an IPv4 or IPv6 address. If you enter an IPv6 address, make sure that you include it within square brackets. For example: 
      [2001:0ce8:58a3:0000:0000:6a2e:0370:3734]
  9. Click Install to start the installation process.
