Determining the form definition and the page definition

To format and print the job, specify form definition and page definition resources in the parameter file. The parameter file example for the telephone bill (Example of an AIX Parameter File) defines these resources:

FORMDEF

F1A10110, a standard form definition that is provided with InfoPrint Manager or RICOH ProcessDirector.

PAGEDEF

P1A08682, a standard page definition that is provided with InfoPrint Manager or RICOH ProcessDirector.
