Installing InfoPrint Manager Update

The InfoPrint Manager client systems can be automatically updated using an update application.

InfoPrint Manager Update is installed on all the client machines where any update is required. Installing the InfoPrint Manager Update application allows the update server to connect to the client machine and install any available update.

To install the automatic update client:

  1. Insert the InfoPrint Manager for Windows Common Clients DVD-ROM into your DVD-ROM drive.
  2. Click InfoPrintManagerUpdate.exe to install the update client.
  3. Select the destination folder. The default destination folder is C:\Program Files\RICOH\InfoPrint Manager Update.
  4. Click Finish to complete the installation process.

When a product update is available, you are prompted to install or to postpone the update process. Postponing an update will close the update installer and it will retry after 24 hours. If the update process fails, contact the system administrator.
