Description

The xml2pdf command transforms a Extensible Markup Language (XML) data stream file into an PDF data stream file.

The xml2pdf transform can be invoked from the command line, and the transform subsystem can be configured to invoke the xml2pdf transform. Most xml2pdf jobs will be submitted through the command line from an automated system that pulls the XML data from a database and uses existing style sheets.
