End Named Group (ENG), End Document (EDT), and End Page (EPG) structured fields

ACIF always assigns a null token name (X'FFFF') to the Exxstructured fields it creates. It does not modify the Exxstructured field created by an application unless it creates an FQN type X'01' triplet for the corresponding Bxxstructured field. In this case, it assigns a null token name (X'FFFF'), which forces a match with the Bxx name.
