Disabling Job Encryption for InfoPrint Manager for Linux
- Stop all running instances of InfoPrint Manager. In interoperated environments, stop all running instances of InfoPrint Manager on all interoperated machines.
- Run
pddec_jobs
as the user that runs InfoPrint Manager or root. In interoperated environments, runpddec_jobs
sequentially on all interoperated machines. - Uncomment and set
EnableFileEncryption
to 0 or remove theipm-file-encryption.cfg
file. - Start all instances of InfoPrint Manager or reboot.
- Note:
- Before running
pddec_jobs
, make sure that there is at least1.5* (size of jobs + rip files)
free space available on the partition where jobs are stored.
