Using Submit Express to send jobs to a continuous forms printer

This topic applies to all InfoPrint continuous forms printers, such as the InfoPrint 4100 and the InfoPrint 5000. It assumes that you have already created a PSF actual destination to represent a continuous forms printer and printed a test job. It further assumes that you have installed Submit Express, and are at least somewhat familiar with how to use it.
