Displaying specific job history for a transform server

To display specific job history:
  1. On the Job History for the transform server, select or enter data for the Started within criteria field.
    You can specify the messages to include for 1-7 days or specify All to specify all messages, or you can specify the messages to include for 1-24 hours or specify All to specify all messages. The Job ID field contains a number that InfoPrint Manager Transform Feature generates and is only relevant to Transform Feature. This Job ID number does not start at 1 and might not be consecutive.
  2. Click Refresh.
    The list of messages is updated based on the criteria you selected.
  3. Click Export.
    You see the system Export History dialog so you can save the history to disk.
  4. Click OK after entering the location where you want to save the log.
  5. If you want to clear the history, click Clear.
    You see the Clear jobs history message.
  6. When you see the Clear jobs history message, click OK to clear the message or click Cancel to return to the job history page.
  7. Click Close.

  • Paging controls appear at the bottom of the Job History. You can use these controls to move forward, backward, and jump to a specific page of the log. You can also specify the number of entries shown in the log by changing the number in Display.
