Applying the latest InfoPrint Manager service updates

Staying current with InfoPrint Manager service updates is always recommended.

Monitor the InfoPrint Manager web page and download service updates as they become available. To download service updates:

  1. Go to https://dl.ricohsoftware.com/.
  2. Click Software Downloads.
  3. Enter your Entitlement ID and click Submit.
  4. In the software list, select InfoPrint Manager.
  5. Click the appropriate Download link or Publications.
