Installing InfoPrint Submit Express on a Windows system

  1. Insert the RICOH InfoPrint Manager: Common Clients DVD-ROM into the drive.
    Note: If your install program does not start automatically or if your browser stops responding:
    1. Select Start ->Run.
    2. Enter D:\setup.html, where D is your DVD-ROM drive.
    3. Click OK.
  2. Follow the instruction on the screen.
  3. Click Install Submit Express to start the install program.
  4. Follow the instructions as directed from the installer. The default install directory is c:\Program Files\RICOH\Infoprint Submit Express.
