Starting the Administration and Operations GUIs on Windows

When you first run the InfoPrint Manager GUI, you must provide the host name or IP address that the InfoPrint Manager server communicates with client systems through. You can specify a port number; the default port number is 6874 if you do not specify one.

The InfoPrint Manager Administration GUI allows the administrator to access almost all of the functions available in InfoPrint Manager for Linux. Note: If you receive a communication error when using Windows operating system, you might have to include java.exe on the Exceptions tab of the Windows Firewall dialog.
