Managing trial and perpetual licenses using the License Key Management Application (LKMA)

The License Key Management Application (LKMA) comes with the InfoPrint Manager base installation and handles the license types for your InfoPrint Manager server software. You can select or switch between the license types available using the License Key Management Application.

Important: If the UAC is turned on, you can add new licenses using the License Key Management Application only when using the "Run as Administrator" option. To do this, right click on the application icon and select "Run as Administrator".

    The Self-service License Key Revoke System (SSR) is designed to permit Ricoh customers a method to move license keys between systems and recover from system failures. If you must revoke more than 2 keys from the same EID, contact your local Ricoh Support team for assistance.
