Starting the Administration and Operations GUIs on Linux

  1. Log into the Linux system.
  2. On RedHat Enterprise System go to Applications->InfoPrint Manager and select Administration InfoPrint to start the Administration GUI or Operations InfoPrint to start the Operations GUI.
  3. On SUSE Linux Enterprise Server go to Computer-> More Application-> InfoPrint Manager and select Administration InfoPrint to start the Administration GUI or Operations InfoPrint to start the Operations GUI.

Note: You can also start the Administration and Operation GUI from command line by running the ipguiadvadm or ipguiadv.

To open the InfoPrint Manager Administration GUI using the ipguiadvadm script, add the location /usr/lpp/pd/bin in the system path.
