Moving to the RICOH ProcessDirector transform features from the InfoPrint Manager transforms

If you have been using the transforms in InfoPrint Manager with RICOH ProcessDirector to transform print jobs, you must do these tasks to change to the RICOH ProcessDirector Transform features or the Advanced Transform feature.
  1. Purchase and install one or more of the RICOH ProcessDirector Transform features or the Advanced Transform feature.
  2. Change workflows that use steps that are based on the RunExternalProgram step template to use steps that are based on the TransformJobIntoAFP, TransformJobIntoPDF, or TransformWithAdvancedFeature step template.
  3. If you have customized the RunExternalProgram step template, make equivalent changes to the step template you added.
