Some of the issues you encounter can be resolved by downloading and applying service
to your system from the support Web site. For other issues, you might want to talk
with a Ricoh support representative.
To prevent loss of data from a system failure or to recover data (for example, if
you want to return your system to a previously installed level with all the settings
and objects restored), RICOH ProcessDirector provides backup and restore programs.
If you need to place a service call on your RICOH ProcessDirector system, you must provide the version number of RICOH ProcessDirector that you currently have installed.
If RICOH ProcessDirector uses a DB2 server on a different computer, applying service to the remote database
while RICOH ProcessDirector is running can cause problems.
