Defining a Ricoh TotalFlow printer to send jobs to RICOH TotalFlow Print server
Define a Ricoh TotalFlow printer to represent a Ricoh Pro VC40000, Ricoh Pro VC60000, Ricoh Pro VC70000, or Ricoh
Pro VC80000.
Before you can print to this printer, open the required ports in your firewall. Depending on your configuration, you might need these ports:

- Log in to RICOH ProcessDirector.
- Click the Administration tab.
- In the left pane, click .
- Click .
- Set these values as indicated:
- Virtual Printer name
The name of the virtual printer that you created on the Ricoh TotalFlow printer. This value is case-sensitive.
- URL of the Ricoh TotalFlow printer
The full URL of the printer that uses RICOH TotalFlow Print server. The value must be in this format, where hostname is the host name or IP address of the printer:
http://hostname/webJmf/Device1This URL is case-sensitive. You cannot use the https:// prefix.
- Use SNMP
Make sure that this value is set to Yes.
- Virtual Printer name
- Click OK.
