Various components of RICOH Predictive Insight have been updated to address CVE-2021-44228
and CVE-2021-45046.

- January 6, 2021:
- RICOH Predictive Insight has been updated to use log4j version 2.17.1, to address further vulnerabilities.
- RICOH Data Collector has released an updated version of the client package that uses
log4j version 2.17.1.
Follow the usual procedures to download and install the updated RICOH Data Collector software on your systems.
- December 20, 2021:
- RICOH Predictive Insight has been updated to use log4j version 2.16, which addresses these security vulnerabilities.
- RICOH Data Collector has released an updated version of the client package to mitigate
these vulnerabilities.
