eMudhra Intermediate CA Compromise

On October 20 2026, it was announced that private keys for eight eMudhra intermediate certificate authority (CA) certificates had been compromised. The certificates have been revoked and major browsers have already been updated to block requests that use them.

Ricoh is aware of the issue and is investigating impacts to our production printing products. Results of these investigations will be posted here as new information is available.

RICOH TotalFlow Cloud

RICOH TotalFlow Cloud products, such as RICOH Predictive Insight, are not affected by this issue.
