Backing Up the Application Settings

You can back up the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster settings on the server computer. The backup file contains all the application settings, except for the user passwords.
To back up the application settings:
  1. If the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster application is not displayed, double-click the RICOHRICOH icon desktop icon to start it.
  2. In the RICOH Auto Color Adjuster dialog, select the SettingsSettings button button.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings dialog, select Logs, Backup and Restore.
  4. Select Back Up, then select the destination folder where you want to save the backup file.
  5. Select Save.
  6. If the backup is complete, you see a message that the process was successful. Select OK.
  7. If the backup fails, you see an error message indicating why the process failed. To correct the problem, follow the instructions in the message.
  8. Select Go Back to Main Dialog.
