Troubleshooting

Use this chapter to identify and fix problems with the machine or the application.

In this section:

  1. Cannot Operate the Machine
    Use this section if you cannot start the machine or if the machine is in an error state.
  2. Error Messages
    This section describes how to solve the problem if an error message is displayed.
  3. Log Files
    If an issue occurs in the desktop application, collect the log files. These files are required for investigating the issue.
  4. Paper Jams
    Open the front door of the machine and remove the paper if the following message is displayed: Open the cover and remove original document/chart inside.
