Paper Jams

Open the front door of the machine and remove the paper if the following message is displayed: Open the cover and remove original document/chart inside.

    CAUTION:
  • When replacing paper or removing jammed paper, make sure not to trap or injure your fingers.

    Open the front door of the machine, and then follow the instruction described below to remove the jammed paper. The instructions are also printed inside the front door of the machine.
  3. Frequent Paper Jams
    Check the paper condition. Also check how it is placed on the machine and that the paper size is correct.
  4. Paper Ejection Issue
    If the ejected chart or document that has been scanned is wrinkled or not neatly stacked, use the auxiliary tray that is provided with the machine. Otherwise, a paper jam might occur.
