Logging in from the server

To log into TotalFlow BatchBuilder from the server:
  1. Log in to Windows.
  2. Go to Start ⇒ All Programs ⇒ RICOH ⇒ TotalFlow BatchBuilder.
  3. Select TotalFlow BatchBuilder.
    The default web browser opens and you see the TotalFlow BatchBuilder login dialog.
  4. Enter your user name in the User Name field.
    Important: User names are case-sensitive.
  5. Enter your password in the Password field.
    Important: Passwords are case-sensitive.
  6. Optional: To save your login credentials on your preferred web browser, select the Remember Me checkbox.
  7. Click Login.
