Uninstalling InfoPrint Manager for Windows

To remove InfoPrint Manager from a system:

Determine all directory paths where the product is installed under:
1. Click the Windows Start button and select Programs → InfoPrint Manager → Management Console to start InfoPrint Manager Management Console.
2. In the Management Console, click Edit → Service Configuration.
3. Note all paths listed on the displayed panel to determine all path where the product was installed.
4. To find the path where the IJT working directory is located, go to %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\RICOH\Infoprint Manager\ipmws\ and open the setenv.bat file using a text editor. The path is associated with the IJT_WORKDIRECTORY variable.
5. Note as well the following directory %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\RICOH\Infoprint Manager\.
6. Make list of all paths locations identified in the steps above.
Uninstall the product:
1. Click the Windows Start button and select Settings → Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select InfoPrint Manager for Windows.
4. Click Remove and follow all instructions as directed.
Restart the computer.
Delete all directories from the paths locations listed on step 1.6).
