Installing on non-English operating systems

InfoPrint Manager for Windows detects what language your operating system runs in by checking the Regional Settings of your system. When possible, message files, such as server and destination log messages and error messages, that match that language are loaded. When the messages are not available in the same language, English message files are installed. However, if non-English message files are installed and you change the Regional Settings to English (U.S.), you will receive some, but not all, of your messages in English. We recommend that you do not change the Regional Settings after you have installed InfoPrint Manager.

    Note:
  • To display the correct characters in the Windows command prompt terminal for supported West European languages (French, Italian, German, Spanish), change the code page 850 to code page 1252. To determine the current code page from the command prompt, use the chcp command (without any parameter). To change the terminal code page to 1252, run the command chcp 1252.
