Uninstalling a service update

To remove a service update from a system and restore InfoPrint Manager to an unconfigured state, follow these steps:
  1. Determine if any directories have been moved out from under the install directory since the initial installation. You can do this through the InfoPrint Manager Management Console (Start → Programs → InfoPrint Manager → Management Console). From the Management Console, go to Edit → Service Configuration. Check all paths listed on the displayed panel to determine if any are not in the base install directory. Make note of any paths that are not in the base install directory.
  2. Uninstall the product. Go to Start → Programs → InfoPrint Manager → Uninstall InfoPrint Manager. Follow all instructions as directed.
  3. Restart the computer.
  4. Delete the install directory. If any directories were moved out from under the InfoPrint Manager install directory (as identified in step 1), delete those as well.
  5. Install the InfoPrint Manager product. Follow the directions as specified.
  6. Install any required service update to get the product to the desired level.
