Using API calls through remote access

The Connect extension lets you connect remotely to the servers and use supported API calls.

You can use the supported calls to create scripts that retrieve data. For example, you might want to create a script that retrieves a list of the messages associated with a specific job.

Note: Although several programming languages work with XML-RPC, only Python version 2.7.5 is used as the basis for examples and information.
