Workflow Editor
The Workflow Editor page lets you create, edit, and view workflows.
A workflow consists of:
- Steps grouped in phases
- Step chains made up of connected steps
- Connectors between steps and step chains
To add processing steps to a workflow, use the buttons at the top right to open a list of steps templates or step chains, then drag and drop items into the workflow.
- Note:
- In the Step Templates or Step Chains dialog, the star icon indicates whether the step template or step chain is one of your favorite objects. If you see a blue star, the step template or step chain is a favorite; if it is gray, it is not a favorite. To see all step templates or step chains or only your favorite ones, click the star in the table's header row.
- If the workflow is large, you might zoom in and out to see more or fewer steps. Clicking the Map button opens a smaller representation of the workflow, with the portion currently displayed highlighted. The map can help orient you as to where you are in the workflow.
