Use this chapter to identify and fix problems with the machine or the application.
In this section:
- Cannot Operate the MachineUse this section if you cannot start the machine or if the machine is in an error state.
- Error MessagesThis section describes how to solve the problem if an error message is displayed.
- Log FilesIf an issue occurs in the desktop application, collect the log files. These files are required for investigating the issue.
- Paper JamsOpen the front door of the machine and remove the paper if the following message is displayed: Open the cover and remove original document/chart inside.
