If the restore process has failed, you have 2 options:
Manually complete the restore process.
Manually revert to the previous settings that you had before the restore.
To complete the restore process, or to revert to the previous settings:
Close the application.
If you want to complete the restore process manually, go to C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster\Temp\Backup\restore-yyyyMMdd-hhmmss and select all the subfolders.
Important:
The yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the folder name must match the yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the name of the backup file you are trying to restore.
If you changed or removed the date and time from the default name of the backup file,
then the yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the folder name must match the date and time when the backup file was modified.
If you want to revert to the previous settings manually, go to C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster\Temp\Backup\rollback-yyyyMMdd-hhmmss and select all the subfolders.
Important:
The yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the folder name must match the yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the name of the backup file that contains the settings you are trying to revert
to.
If you changed or removed the date and time from the default name of the backup file,
then the yyyyMMdd-hhmmss in the folder name must match the date and time when the backup file was modified.
Copy all the selected subfolders and paste them to this location: C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster
Go to C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster\DB and delete the ColorAdjustmentData.mv.db file.
Rename the ColorAdjustmentData.backup file to ColorAdjustmentData.zip.
Unzip the contents of the ColorAdjustmentData.zip file to the current folder. This
step places the unzipped ColorAdjustmentData.mv.db file in the current folder.
Restart your computer.
Start the application.
If you chose to complete the restore process manually, check if your settings were
restored.
If you chose to manually revert to your settings before the restore, check if the
settings were reverted.
If your desired settings were restored or reverted, delete the contents of the C:\RicohAutoColorAdjuster\Temp\Backup folder.
If your desired settings were not restored or reverted, repeat the procedure.
