TotalFlow Optimizer Licenses

There are different license types:

Trial: The trial license expires after 60 days from the installation of TotalFlow Optimizer.
Maintenance: The maintenance license expires after 1, 3, or 5 years, depending on the EID provided when you installed TotalFlow Optimizer.
Permanent: The permanent license has an unlimited period of usage.

Important: When the host name changes, TotalFlow Optimizer switches from the Maintenance mode to the grace period mode. If the grace period expired and you want to revert to Maintenance mode, go to https://dl.ricohsoftware.com/ and log in to your account to retrieve the new license file. After you download the new license file, use the Manage Software Keys application to add it.

You can install TotalFlow Optimizer in trial mode on multiple machines from the same installation kit. Once the trial period expires, you cannot reinstall TotalFlow Optimizer in trial mode on the same machine.

The TotalFlow Optimizer Base Server and the following features are available for your evaluation:

The trial license expires after 60 days from the installation of TotalFlow Optimizer.

If you decide to register your TotalFlow Optimizer product, you must purchase a valid license key for the base server, and optionally, for the separate features available. Permanent and maintenance license keys for the base server and features are bundled into a single license key file.
