Logging in from the server

To log into TotalFlow Optimizer from the server:
  1. Log in to Windows.
  2. Go to Start ⇒ All apps ⇒ <Program Group>.
    Note: The default Program Group for the TotalFlow Optimizer application is RICOH TotalFlow Optimizer. You can set a different Program Group during the installation process.
  3. Select RICOH TotalFlow Optimizer.
    The default web browser opens and you see the TotalFlow Optimizer login dialog.
  4. Enter your user name in the User Name field.
    Important: User names are case-sensitive.
  5. Enter your password in the Password field.
    Important: Passwords are case-sensitive.
  6. Optional: To save your login credentials on your preferred web browser, select the Remember Me check box.
  7. Click Login.
