Displaying the Instruction Manuals (Setup Guide and User's Guide)

Use this procedure to view the instruction manuals.

Note: This procedure uses Windows 10, as an example. There might be minor differences in other versions of Windows.

  • Click Start ⇒ All apps ⇒ RICOH TotalFlow Prep, and then click either Setup Guide or User's Guide.

Displaying the User’s Guide in HTML Format

  • The HTML version of the User’s Guide is available directly from the user interface. Start the application, and then click Help ⇒ TotalFlow Prep Help.
