Configuration

You can register and configure the printers that you want to use with TotalFlow Prep and manage the paper catalog. To improve productivity, you can also set preferences to customize general, display, and external program settings.

  1. Registering Printers
    To print documents using this application, you must first register a printer. You can register multiple printers to handle different types of output formats.
  2. Managing the Paper Catalog
    The paper catalog contains all the papers that are defined on the printer selected for the job and all the custom papers defined locally in TotalFlow Prep. Papers represent the paper, envelopes, forms, labels, or transparencies that jobs are printed on and that you can select when you set paper properties for jobs.
  3. Setting Preferences
    To improve productivity, you can set preferences according to your workflow and register external programs for editing PDF files or image documents.
