Enabling Workflows and Printers

Enabling an object makes it available to TotalFlow Production Manager. Operators and administrators can enable workflows and printers.
A workflow can receive input files if it is disabled, but it must be enabled to create TotalFlow Production Manager jobs and send those jobs for further processing.
To enable an object, do one of these:
  • Select the object, then click Enable, the enable icon at the its right.
  • Select the object, then click Enable, the enable button on the tools bar of the tab.
  • Right-click the object, then select Enable in the options list that opens.
