Total sheets is 0
If the size of a job that was submitted from an FTP server to a workflow that uses
the hot folder protocol is 0, the workflow might not have been able to determine when
the input file was completely submitted.
To correct this problem, set the Completion method property of the workflow to Check size or Trigger and resubmit the job. Because of the way files are downloaded from FTP servers, the File open and None completion methods fail.
