Changing Job Status

For a more accurate management of the jobs, you can manually change the job status displayed in the jobs list.
To change the job status:
  1. In the Jobs table on the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page, select one or more jobs, then right-click one of the selected rows.
  2. Click Change state to and
    • Choose between the predefined states, or
    • Customize the job state
The new status of the job is displayed in the Status column of the Jobs table.
