Submitting Orders

You can submit orders either in the RICOH TotalFlow Producer user interface or by email, using a customized email address.

To enable order submissions for a customer, create a customer account in RICOH Account Administration and at least one user with Job Submitter rights.

  1. Submitting Orders from the User Interface
    With a RICOH TotalFlow Producer Advanced or Trial subscription, you can submit orders from the user interface.
  2. Submitting Orders by Email
    RICOH TotalFlow Producer lets you submit orders by email, using a customized job submission email address.
