Managing Printers

In the Printers panel, you can enable or disable the printers configured for your account, view and modify printer properties, view printer status, or delete the printers that you no longer need.
Note: Only users with a Job Manager role can access the Printers panel to view printer status and manage printers.

Users with an Administrator role can also edit, enable, disable, or delete printers from the Printers tab in RICOH Account Administration.

  1. Viewing Printer Status
    The printer status is displayed in the Printers panel.
  2. Editing Printers
    You can view and modify printer properties.
  3. Enabling and Disabling Printers
    You can enable the printers that you want to receive jobs or disable the printers that you are not currently using.
  4. Deleting Printers
    You can delete the printers that you no longer use.
