Viewing the Job File

You can view a job PDF file in RICOH TotalFlow Producer or you can download the job PDF file and view its content offline. Users with Submitter role can view only the files in their own jobs.
To view a job file:
  1. Open the Jobs panel on the RICOH TotalFlow Producer main page.
  2. Right click the job row and click View....
    The PDF viewer opens and you can view, download or print the document to a local printer.
